Consulting Services for Small Businesses
Policy
Our policy will provide your school with the foundation that will ensure that you are taking a consistent and appropriate response to dealing with OVA issues at your school.
Procedure
Whilst the foundation policy is vital, operationalising the policy through easy to understand procedures is crucial. Our procedure helps with templates and guidance for the various people that may be exposed to or have to respond to OVA incidents.
Education
We will provide your school with a ready to deliver OVA presentation, with the optional resource guide that will assist your school in having staff that are empowered to deal with OVA incidents at the earliest opportunity to prevent escalation to more serious behaviours of concern.
Awareness Tool
We will provide you with a poster template to advertise the schools stance that OVA is not OK.
Risk Management Tool
We will provide your school with a risk rating tool that enhances the existing Department tool. This will allow your staff to have a greater understanding of the risks and the steps to prevent or mitigate the risks.
